If you wish to return or exchange a product, simply apply through our website within 5 working days of receiving your package. We’re here to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in everything you wear.
- Exchange:
- At Be Bomb Bae, we offer exchanges on all our products to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note, however, that intimate wear items, such as swimwear and lingerie, are only eligible for exchange if they are returned with their original tags and hygiene stickers intact.
- Exchanges and returns are limited to one per order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. For all exchanged items, we provide a refund in the form of store credit, which is valid for 13 months from the date of issue.
- Please note that items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
- To ensure hygiene and quality, all exchanged items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, complete with packaging and tags. Packages that do not meet these criteria will be rejected during quality control and returned to the customer.
2. Return
We only accept returns for products that are defective, provided the purchase was made within the last 5 days. Please ensure all returns are submitted within this time frame.
3. Exchange Procedure
- You can request an exchange or return by contacting us via our customer service phone number or email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be reviewed and either approved or rejected. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange for pickup within 1-3 working days.
- For your protection, we recommend taking a picture or video of the product when handing it over to the delivery personnel. This will serve as proof in the event of any disputes. Please ensure you only hand over the item that the delivery person is collecting. We cannot be held responsible for any unaccounted items, as our courier partners are instructed to deliver only the product scheduled for pickup.
- Please note, for exchanges, a reverse pickup charge of INR 100 will be borne by the customer. Within 2-3 working days of the package being collected, we will issue Store Credit to the email address used when placing the order. The store credit amount will reflect the deduction of the INR 100 reverse pickup charge, and please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Non Availability Of Item
- A pending order can be cancelled only if the same is delayed past the delivery time.
- Cancellations are issued via Store Credit only
6. How to Handover Exchange Parcel
- All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
- Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
